If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, THE LUSH CLUB is here to help!
WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to original payment method.
To be eligible for a return:
- Returned in its original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Earrings are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons
- Customised orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded as they are made to order
The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees and THE LUSH CLUB is not liable if it gets lost on route back to us. Tracked and signed shipping is advised.
If you would like to complete a return or exchange, please follow the steps provided:
- Please send an email with your name, order number and reason why you wish to make a return. Our team will respond within 48hrs.
- If your return is approved we will provide you with the returns address
- As mentioned, the buyer will be responsible to arrange the appropriate shipping return back to us. Tracked and signed shipping is advised.

Once the item has been received, our team will process it within 1-2 working days and your refund will be sent to the original payment method; If you have requested for a different product, another product will be issued out to you.
